SIAL India set to open on 5-7 December at Yashobhumi Delhi
Dec 01: SIAL India, India’s premier food and beverage exhibition, is set to open its doors from 5 – 7 December, 2024 at India International Convention & Expo Centre (IICC), Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi where it took place last year for the first time.
The annual culinary extravaganza, featuring over 200 exhibitors, from over 20 countries from the food and beverages industry including Alcobev sector will showcase products, including several pavilions where wine will be displayed and will be available for tasting.
SIAL India will bring together a diverse range of exhibitors from around the world, showcasing the latest trends and innovations in the food and beverage industry. Attendees can expect to discover a wide array of products, from gourmet delicacies to cutting-edge food technology at this Global Convergence of flavours.
The event will feature captivating live cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs who will share their culinary expertise with those attending. Additionally, a comprehensive knowledge-sharing conference, organized in partnership with PHDCCI, will delve into the latest industry insights and trends.
Ms. Piret Hartman, the Minister of Regional Affairs and Agriculture, Government of Estonia will be the Chief Guest. The Estonia Pavilion will also showcase its wines and other alcoholic beverages.

Meghalaya, the progressive North-eastern Indian stride and dubbed as the Indian Fruit Wine Capital which has been taking long stride in the fruit wine segment has been taking part in all the previous SIAL India shows will again partner with this year’s Show and will be showcasing their fruit wines. Unlike the previous editions, there will not be any Vinexpo Delhi this year except the few pavilions that will also display their wines that can be tasted at their stands/ pavilions. Vinexpo India was organised as a stand- alone Show earlier this year in Mumbai on 18-19 September at the Jio Convention Center. The next edition will also be organised as the 2-day Show at the same venue on 19-20 September, 2025.
