Ingredients:
1. Croft pink port: 90 ml
2. Fresh pomegranate: 60-80 gms
3. Lemon juice: 15 ml
4. Sugar syrup: 10 ml
5. Grenadine syrup: 10 ml
6. Blue cursao: 5 ml
7. Soda: To top
8. Glass: Tall glass
9. Garnish: 3 fresh pomegranate slices
Method:
Muddle pomegranate.
Add all ingredients.
Shake and pour in glass
Top up with soda
Garnish with pomegranate slice. |
